Tom Underhill

Tom is the Managing Director of Wilba. Tom’s years of experience in the business sector mean that he has the skills and expertise needed to lead the organisation forward.

Born and bred in Radnorshire, community is very important to Tom. From watching local rugby and football matches to chatting to locals over a pint, Tom is proud to give back to Radnor.

“My name is Tom Underhill and I am CEO of the Marches Business Group. I grew up in rural Mid Wales surrounded by nature, wildlife, farmers and landowners. All of which make up the key elements of Wilba. These elements have impacted on my life, helping me develop into the person I am today and will always remain close to my heart. This is the main reason I am passionate about developing Wilba; bridging the gap between landowners and nature. When I was a teenager, a local farmer once said to me ‘look after the land and the land will look after you’. Another one recently said to me you’re ‘shining like an otter’ which on just turning 40 made my day.”
