Wilba Conservation is a Private Limited Company based in Llandrindod Wells, Powys which aims to protect and encourage wildlife. Wilba collects and uses information to improve the service and experience we offer. This policy applies to all staff, volunteers, supporters, members and contracted workers.

If you are just browsing the website, we will collect standard internet logs and user pattern behaviour using a third-party service called Google Analytics, which involves the use of cookies. On our ‘Business Leaderboard’ page we include links to the website of our top five businesses. We also include links to other websites, where we have worked with those organisations, or we think the site holds relevant information to our readers. We have no liability for those sites and advise users to check the privacy policy on those sites.

We use Google Analytics to collect data. We need this data to understand how you use our website so we can improve its design and functionality. We also need the data to get the most out of our marketing campaigns. Currently, all donations are processed via Donorbox. Donorbox will collect basic information from you when you choose to donate; for more information about how your personal details are used by Donorbox click here.
We do not use any third-party providers to manage our social media accounts or interactions. Anything you post on our social media platforms will be subject to the policies of that platform. Any private or direct messages you send us via social media will be stored in said platform and will not be shared with any external organisations.
